Low back pain is no fucking joke. Dealing with severe sciatica for many years I have explored ways to manage the pain so I can move well. So I can Play ball ... pick things/people up without injury, without pain! Use these 4 exercises @home first thing in the morning to release tension in those thick-tight ass hip flexors. & Fire off those weak hamstrings & glutes. Buns of steel baby!
