Martial Arts Admin

We just launched the ability to send an automated payment received notice when you record a payment in Martial Arts Admin. You can edit the template in Notices.

Launched new feature that lets you send home login invites to anyone (in bulk) who hasn't activated yet. Find it on Profiles / People page.

Our automated student absent emails feature now looks at all of your enrolments for a student and only sends them an absent from class email if they haven't checked in to ANY of their enrolments. Previously it was case-by-case, so if they didn't check in to a particular enrolment, but had actually been to class recently, they might still have received the absent email. Hope you like this update!

We're been working hard to increase the amount of data we can import for new customers. We now support importing checkin data, custom fields, all contact info, rank history and much more.

We have fixed a bug that was preventing a small number of invoices to not display to parents. Apologies for any inconvenience caused!

We have added date of birth to the people report, so that you can quickly see who's birthday is coming up.

You may have noticed a "certificate error" when trying to login to Martial Arts Admin today. This was a temporary glitch that had to do with a certificate renewal that didn't go through. No big deal, but more just an annoyance. It's all fixed and you should be able to login as normal.
