Leftovers can be a lifesaver for those with busy schedules, but to avoid eating anything past its prime, follow the 2:4 rule: 2: Don’t let leftovers sit out on the counter at room temperature for more than 2 hours. 4: Any uneaten food should be tossed after 4 days (though it's unlikely that our leftovers will go even that long without being eaten!)

If you could redesign one of our dishes and name it after yourself, how would you have it prepared?
