Biceps Curls Super Finisher to get pump for days (or night up to you). Simple yet satisfying ~ Get yourself a band with decent resistance. Stance and positioning is the same like with regular Biceps Curls. Benefit of the RB is in the small muscles involvement even in simple moves like this. Outcome is much better overall control and support from your muscles in compound moves. Slower you go better. Feel the burn. ~... I've been snowboarding for almost 20 years. First day I was on a board after a couple years pause felt amazing. The way your body connects and reacts with previously learned skill is just amazing. ~ Also being outside, working out totally different way than I'm used to and getting exhausted other way than just gym feels so good. Easy(ish) to really intense core, balance and coordination exercises using good ole fit ball all the exercises are High Plank variations. ~ High Plank Knee Kick Alternating. Keep your back nice and straight, engage the core, don't lock the elbows, push your palms "into the ball". Move your legs slow to extend the core activation time. ~... High Plank Isometric Hold uses same form principles. Hold the Knee as close to the ball as possible but don't use it to help you balance. Each side Hold should be the same time to work your abs evenly. ~ High Plank Front Reach is pretty tricky but real fun movement. You'll need to really make your core work for it, balance is big challenge too. Try to go as far as you can not touching the floor with your foot. ~ 30 seconds on each exercise and each side with 10 seconds break will make you feel your abs in the morning next day. #corestability #corestrengthening #lowerbackpain
