Now we must all endure these announcements that I have a new pic! Part of FB I don't like.....look at me, look at me!! Olld photo, hair still colored, is only 5 or so years old but a big diff to new pic -- already well over one year old and where I have 'honest" hair!!

I cringe right out loud when I see those ads on TV for "Rocket Mortgage" AKA Quicken Loans. PLEASE don't fall for that ad....the stories I could tell about folks getting hooked by them, being told they qualify for a substantial home loan and after wasting a bunch of their precious time (and mine as it turned out) they qualified for NOTHING! All the more egregious IMHO because 2 of them were vets who had served our country and sure deserved better and the other buyer was a special needs/handicapped person. NOT NICE!! Use a local lender whenever possible -- and if you need a referral just ask!!
