More Peppermint! Peppermint Nanaimo Bars Base: 1 cup Chipits Mint Chocolate Chips... cup butter 1 and cups graham crumbs 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut cup finely chopped walnuts Filling: 2 cups powdered sugar cup butter 3 tbsp. milk 2 tbsp. custard powder 1 tsp. peppermint extract Few drops of green food colouring Glaze: cup Chip its Mint Chocolate Chips 2 tsp. vegetable oil -For Base: Melt 1 cup Chipits Mint Chocolate Chips with cup butter in small Chef Series saucepan over low heat. -Stir in graham wafer crumbs, flaked coconut and chopped walnuts. -Press into Silicone Rectangular Form. -Chill for 30 minutes. -For Filling: Combine powdered sugar with cup butter, milk, custard powder, peppermint extract and a few drops of green food colouring in a small Tupperware bowl. -Spread evenly over base. For Glaze: Melt remaining cup Chips Mint Chocolate Chips with vegetable oil in a Micro Pitcher. -Spread evenly over filling. -Chill until completely set then remove from the Silicone Rectangular Form and cut into squares using a Tupperware Chef Knife.
