What does your morning routine look like?? Today is day 1 or starting the next 66 days off with a 20/20/20 routine before the family wakes up. 20 minutes of movement (probably will be yoga most days, who am I kidding lol)... 20 minutes of meditation/journaling/affirmations/visualizations 20 minutes of learning something new. Today I am going over some of my top strengths to learn how to use them better and to advantage in my businesses! I know when I am in this type of routine I kick-ass and can achieve so much... thanks to a conversation with a special friend that got me excited about getting back on board! :)
