Mary’s Honey-Do Services is Expanding! I am very excited to announce that Mary’s Honey-Do Services will be providing reliable and trusted Home Way Services in the very near future for Okotoks and the surrounding area. Insurance companies require that you have your home checked on every 48 - 72 when you are away from home to ensure coverage should an incident occur. I will be able to provide that service for you should you be leaving on a well deserved vacation, receive... an emergency call to be away from home, or have a temporary vacant property. My services will include: A complete security and function check on the interior and exterior of your home at varying times Mail and flier pick up Plant watering Setting utilities to appropriate away settings Rotation of interior lighting Put out and retrieve trash carts on trash day Complete any minor adjustments or repairs that may come up Hire and supervise any licensed contractor that may be required Welcome Home Services Setting furnace, hot water tank to original settings Groceries can be purchased for an additional fee Other services available for an additional cost: Pet feeding and visiting Lawn and garden maintenance Snow Removal Empty / change pet litter box Water interior plants (more than five) Drop off dry cleaning Pets to and from kennel Drop off and pick up your vehicle for service Start/move vehicles Shipping out of any items you may have left behind 24-hour Emergency Responder for Fire / Police / Alarm Company if requested at your home Wait for services for repair/maintenance Supervise any home renovations you may have while you are away Errand services as required Services to rural properties will also be available and could include feeding horses, dogs, cats and other livestock, with house sitting if necessary. My services will provide much more than is done by a neighbor and a complete report will be done on each visit and a digital copy can be sent you upon request. I will be fully insured and bonded and a police check can be done upon request. As a former registered nurse and caregiver for an aging parent, I truly understand the stress and worry that comes with being away when you have an elderly loved one that may need assistance while you are away. I would be honored to provide you with peace of mind by checking in on your loved one, provide a short visit, go for a walk if able, purchase and put away groceries and remove any outdated food, and run errands. Mary’s Honey Do Services also does bookkeeping with QuickBooks and filing taxes. With the extension granted by CRA I am able to take on a couple more clients for this service. I was honored to be apart of this very successful renovation project. This house had been on the market for 3 years with no luck, so following the advice of a great realtor, Sundi Clark from High River, the owners invested in some simple upgrades and sold it within 7 days with an amazing 400% return on investment! Mary's Honey-Do Services was hired by an individual to assist in the selling of a timeshare because there are dozens of fraudulent companies out there who are more than willing to take people's hard-earned money and leave them in a lurch and out of pocket of thousands of dollars. Fortunately, in this case, we were able to avoid that. We were dealing with a so-called real estate company and so-called Escrow Company both claiming to be based out of New York. They seemed legi...t and had sent the owner several "authentic-looking" documents, certificates and bank statements from banks federal offices in Mexico, in regards to the sale. And yes, they wanted money each time. Through a thorough investigation, I was able to determine that these companies were indeed fraudulent as were all the documents and the bank statements ( Citibanamex). The fraudulent companies names are: Management Group International LLC ( Escrow )and Master International Company (real estate). The individuals' ( aka criminals) that we dealt with are Amanda Gill, Joseph Smith, Robert Taylor ( Master International) and Lydia Richardson Management Group). We were also connected with a "law office" in Mexico that was also fake - GESTIONET & CORPORATION S. DE R.L. DE C.V.. Please feel free to share this with whomever you feel would benefit from this information and know that there are so many more companies that somehow get the owners property and offer ridiculous amounts of money for the property. Most are pretty easy to spot as fraudulent and will try high-pressure tactics to get you. They indicate that no money is to be paid in advance.....but this is not true. Don't fall for it! I truly believe that the only safe way to sell a timeshare is to list the property with a legitimate real estate company. Sincerely, Mary

June 1st! My challenge begins!

One of the business goals and commitments for Mary's "Honey-Do" Services is to give back to the community by volunteering. My first event is a cycling challenge during the month of June, to raise funds to help fight cancer in children with The Great Cycling Challange of Canada, in support of The Sick Kids Foundation. My goal is to raise $1000.00, however, with your help, I hope to increase that amount as the challenge progresses. My distance goal is 200km during the month of ...June, and who knows, perhaps I will be able to increase that number as well! With your help, Mary's "Honey-Do Services" can be part of the solution to help find more treatments and cures for cancer that affects kids. Each year, about 1,500 children and teens in Canada are diagnosed with cancer and it is the leading cause of death due to disease in kids. All funds raised by SickKids Foundation go to support the work of The Hospital for Sick Children to develop treatments and find a cure for childhood cancers.
