We finally got rain here. I can see an orange bridge from my home. I even couldn’t see any view while in smokey days. I feel fall is here already in the Kootenay area. I took this photo at Slocan lake view point which is just before Silverton, if heading from south. I highly recommend to stop by for enjoying the fantastic view!!(500)

I explored many places in the Kootenay area this summer and there are still more spots that I’ve never been to yet. Loving the Kootenay life

It was pleasant time. Me & my friends were on the beach at Fletcher falls late afternoon. This blue heron came and stayed around us for a while. I’ve only seen blue heron a few times in my life. Makes me happy when I have encounters with wild animals.

I feel so blessed to live in the Kootenay area!
