What do you do on days when anxiety knocks at your door? How do you shift your energy? (Tell me, I really want to know ) On my end, somedays I just need to repeat to myself that the feeling shall pass. ... However, on other days, free flow shifts my energy like nothing else. Free flowing is simply moving and breathing with impulse and intuition. It's literally a moving meditation that enables presence and surrender. Feeling, sensing and listen to all that the body and mind has to say. The key is to have no expectations while accepting all that is present. Personally, I also put on my favorite music and light some incense to stimulate all my senses, and help me 'get out of my head'. Try it and let me know how it feels!
