I would also say he is the best Muay Thai coach in Canada. He has not only produced many amazing fighters but also many amazing coaches as well. People are creatures of habit, and routines offer a way to promote health and wellness through structure and organization. Having a routine can greatly improve your health. Many people who don’t have any type of routine suffer from: Stress. No routine often means having the constant worry of when will I get it all done.... Poor sleep. Without a daily routine at work and/or home, you may find yourself playing catch-up with yesterday’s to-do list. If you’re always behind on what should have been done the day before, you’re likely also staying awake worrying about what didn’t. Poor eating. Unhealthy diets (like eating lots of fast food) become the norm if there isn’t time scheduled for grocery shopping. Quick, unhealthy substitutes become the next best food option. Poor physical condition. Working out usually requires some advance planning. Ineffective use of time. Often, no routine means you simply run out of time, leaving things undone and not making the most of your time. Kick-Start Your Life Everyone is unique. Not everyone requires a fully scheduled day to reap the health benefits of a routine, so make the choices that work for you, knowing they’ll only make you healthier and more efficient with your time.

Alright Team! We have enjoyed our Holidays and rested our body to the fullest. Let’s get back into gear. MAS will have ZOOM classes for adults and kids ( pls see previous post for schedule ) Everyday,there will be a warm up posted that you will need to do prior Your zoom class start. Try to do these 2-3 rounds with 1-2 min breaks in between. Ultimately you should be able to do these 4-5 rounds . But with circumstances after along Holiday break let’s start with 2-3 ;)

YES WE ARE OPEN We have made the Adjustments. CLASS SIZES ARE RESTRICTED. ... Please book your class on The Dojo App If your are on the waiting list please make sure your fully accepted to participate in the class. CLASSES must be booked 24 hrs in advance. The bags are 3 meters apart . We will let you in at 5 min before class time. Be on time! When classes start no one is able to open the door for you. Please clean your area and remember to maintain social distancing ENTERING AND EXITING the building. We must all do are part. We are so thankfull for all your support. Its a challenging time and we appreciate you are here with us. We will make this work for you so we can stay healthy and fit for the new year, not have to start all over and set out goals. Tuesday Sept 8th Beginner Kickboxing 530pm Mixed Levels 630pm Ladies Fight Fitness 730 Mixed Levels 839... Please keep in mind : 1)Clean uniforms and Hand wraps. 2) Mandatory masks in the common areas of building and until you are in your square. 3) Maintain social distancing when entering and exiting the gym. Please arrive 5-10 min max before class in uniform and ready to train. Our protocol requires one class to leave before next class enters. 4) Hand sanitizer is available when you enter the gym.
