SELF CARE Yesterday I took the day off and had a me day! I went to chiro, got a massage, hair treatment and pedicure! Taking care of yourself is super important and people tend to forget or are too busy to treat themselves. Recently, a lot of my clients have been coming in with high stress levels. Things are crazy in the world and it’s hard to believe that covid has been a part of our lives for basically over a year! This is just a friendly reminder to remember about taking care of YOU and do what you need to do to feel healthy and happy!
