This is a great product for people who has lower back and hip issues. I sold them before when I had my clinic back in Québec... but I don't sell them now.... I still do use one just like this. Mine has a little lastic with velcro to attatch around your thigh. A regular pillow between your knees will also do a great job, but it may be not the best solution if you have a partner. Best pillows ever. I have one for myself. I use to sell them before when I had my SPA years ago... Therapeutica pillow is what you need for side and back sleepers. Best position for your neck and shoulders. I don't sell them, you have to buy on line...
