It is with deep regret and sadness that I am writing this email to inform you that Healthy Living Massage & Wellness Centre will be permanently closing its doors due to not being able to reach an agreement with our landlord for financial relief during the COVID-19 shut down period. Too little too late has put us in a scenario that we never saw coming. Healthy Living just surpassed its 10th year of business and was on track to continue to operate. At this time I would like t...o inform you that Heather Rapiti, the owner of Healthy Living, will hold and maintain an electronic copy of your health history/treatment file for 10 years since your last visit. If you need a copy of this file please respond to this email as soon as possible so that I may get one to you. Lindsay, RMT was set to resume treating in a few weeks and we are working on getting her a location at another clinic close by.
