So very many of you have been asking... RE: RMT services. First off, Please know we miss you guys!!! You are our second worlds, and in many cases our home away from home!!! ... Secondly, something you will see is that we will all open at different times and on our own discretion of safety and degree of readiness. You will see many wait. You will see many leave. You will see many go inactive and wait out a year or so to see how things are. There are many things to consider around safety, including new and emerging health information... this is no longer just about the spread for us, we need to consider other factors in your safety also. On top of this, there are new mandates, courses, protocols, and compliances that must be adhered to and those that are going to go back will meet them at different times for varying reasons. Everyone will incorporate these things based on their individual working environments and it’s current level of adherence.. please know that those of us planning on at least trying to return are working towards that for you as quickly as possible.. there will be changes based on mandates and guidelines, and a personal feeling of safety for both us as therapists and you, our client family. We strive everyday to make your experience one of integrity and value, but above all to keep you safe. Those of us returning are looking forward to seeing you all again soon!!

Dear clients I have received notice from my college however the seniors complex amenity space is still on lockdown. I have decided to wait longer before returning to practice and even when I do I will be decreased hours. Please understand that being allowed to return to work comes with new standards and practices that I must be able to comply with. I will need time to adjust to this. When I do return to work I will post in this group. I am always open for questions and home care exercises.

Quarantine UPDATE: Extended until May 29/2020

A local White River family was hit by tragedy last night. One of our locals have started a go fund me page for anyone who may be able to help.

This is a very unique time we are living through. I received this article today about the changes that may be required for me to return to work. In the details it explains that we may be required to limit our clients per day as well as the duration of the treatment. We will be required extra medical equipment as well. So while the income of the RMT declines the costs for them rise. CLOSURE UPDATE The college of massage therapist of Ontario has EXTENDED the lockdown until MAY 19th. I will update again at that time. I hope everyone is staying happy healthy, safe and taking advantage of the time with your loved ones. Take care!

Since we are all at home and we have no therapists available to us here is a great home stretch routine. This will help improve muscle imbalance and remove restrictions allowing the muscles to relax.
