WHAT EXERCISES SHOULD YOU DO? THE HARD ONES. Squats, deadlifts, barbell rows, pull-ups, close grip bench, dips etc.. These are the exercises that make you want to throw up and leave you gasping for air like a fat kid after climbing a stairway to Big Mac land. Most people don’t do these exercises because they’re challenging. They opt for bullshit exercises like bodyweight glute kickbacks and 1 arm cable tricep pushdowns lol you’re wasting your time IT WONT DO SHIT That’s cool if you want to look the same year after year but if you’re trying to build an impressive physique then I suggest you toughen up and do the hard shit.
