Do you have a travel trailer, fifth wheel or motorhome that you'd like to rent out to make some extra cash?! We're looking for well maintained units for light use as dressing rooms for the main actors in a film production between May 10 through June 11. Mastermind Studios really enjoyed working with the Village of Ashcroft this year! It's always great to work and play in this beautiful area of the BC Interior (Thompson-Nicola Regional District). The people who live in Ashcroft are always warm and welcoming abd the scenery is breathtaking!

In honour of Katherine McParland and with funding support from TELUS, this summer we worked with Bamboo Shoots and Katherine Mcparland at A Way Home Kamloops to produce a documentary about Katherine and the organization she so passionately spearheaded, titled 'Kamloops - A Way Home'. We are all deeply saddened that Katherine didn't have the opportunity to see the final documentary film but her sudden passing makes it all that more important that others watch and learn about Youth Homelessness in our communities. We now have a new reality TV series in development which we are temporarily calling Canada Crush: Reality in the Art of Winemaking. We are extremely appreciative that the Cipes family and Summerhill Pyramid Winery team have trusted us to put together this fun, entertaining, inspiring and informative TV series. The treatment is written and the sizzle reel is done! Next step - pitching the TV networks and looking for expressions of interest from potential sponsors/partners. It’s been many months in the making but the day is finally here. We assembled a great team of young filmmaking talent under 24 from Kamloops and worked with them to produce a great short film. Had a great visit with friends at Pinantan Lake not too long ago and did a flight while we were there doing a nice hike to a beautiful lookout.

In an analysis of 75,465 COVID-19 cases in China, airborne transmission was not reported... To date, some scientific publications provide initial evidence on whether the COVID-19 virus can be detected in the air and thus, some news outlets have suggested that there has been airborne transmission. These initial findings need to be interpreted carefully... Based on the available evidence, including the recent publications mentioned, [the World Health Organization] WHO continues to recommend droplet and contact precautions for those people caring for COVID-19 patients...
