First time at a gym in a bit! Home workouts paying off!
This is one of my clients progress report, with a two week at home program. He was able to add strength and stamina with his commitment and effort. 45 minutes a day, five days a week for two weeks! No weights needed! Biggest reason people claim they can't workout is because of time. All you need is 30-45 minutes to make a great change in your life!
