Every year, MESS takes a field trip to Regina, SK to tour the steel mill at EVRAZ! This year, the trip is from Monday, February 17 through Wednesday, February 19 (Winter Reading Week). The trip is open to all undergraduate and graduate students, and is a great opportunity to get a glimpse into the steelmaking process (including casting, forging, and welding), and to see our discipline in action. The cost of the trip is only $60, and includes the following: Travel to and fro...m Regina Two-night hotel stay Meals at EVRAZ on Tuesday, Feb 18 A great experience with fellow MatEs!
