With spring almost here, and hay season just around the corner don’t be left wondering how you’re going to get feed and bedding home to your animals this year. Matheson Transport is here to offer hay hauling services throughout Nova Scotia. Small square bales Large square bales Any size round bales Feed bags... Single loads Multiple loads in a single day Multiple re-occurring loads all year long Will load/help unload your small square bales The amount I can carry per load is dependant on the size and weight of the bales. Need more hay than I can fit on a single load? No problem. I will happily make multiple trips to get your barn full. Don’t need a full load? Also not a problem, there is no minimum for my service. Matheson Transport is a full service transport and hauling business, and is proud to provide friendly, flexible, quality service for all of your personalized farm related transport needs. Please send me a message to arrange hay hauling for this season, and discuss pricing details!

What does everyone else have in their toolbox that I’m missing? I carry a couple torpedo levels, small and large straps of various lengths, some chain of various lengths, a tow chain with hooks on both ends, various shackles, axle straps, strap softeners, grease, a grease gun, penetrating fluid, a regular claw hammer, my weight distribution torsion-bars and leverage bar, tarps, jumper cables, wheel chocks, bungee cords, a small toolkit, some screwdrivers, adjustable wrenches, over-length flags, protective cloths, and a box of miscellaneous stuff (tape, zip-ties, nuts/bolts, measuring tape, knife, gloves, rags, markers, a few grease fittings, cotter pins, flashlights, etc.) Not pictured is my winch, axel stands, oil-change ramps, and a shovel.
