SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT All good things must come to an end. It is with a sad and heavy heart that I have to make this announcement but Matinas will be closing it doors this coming Sunday. This was not an easy decision to make as Matinas was my baby, and a labor of love, but it is time for me to move on.... I want to thank every single person that has come in to try our breakfasts, followed my page, and helped me spread the word. Many of you customers have become my friends and that was truly one of the best aspect of this journey. I also want to thank Matteo for giving me this opportunity, all of my present and past employees, and all of our distributors. To all my loyal customers who have followed me from other restaurants before, you will be able to find me at The Fireside starting next week. For this week I'd like to invite you all to our last big hurrah! This Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Its our last 3 days and will be your last chance to have our Lobster Scramble, our Banana Bread French Toast, our candied-bacon B.L.T., or our Cream of Potato & Bacon Soup.
