British Columbia has announced a new health order calling for the mandatory use of masks in retail and indoor public spaces. In a press conference on Thursday, Dr. Bonnie Henry outlined exactly what that means for patrons heading into restaurants. The mandate applies to both employees and customers in all public and retail spaces, except when eating or drinking in restaurants. It is inconvenient but let's protect yourself and others.

Health Benefits of Fish Let's eat fish Fish is a low-fat high quality protein. Fish is filled with omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins such as D and B2 (riboflavin). Fish is rich in calcium and phosphorus and a great source of minerals, such as iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium, and potassium. The American Heart Association recommends eating fish at least two times per week as part of a healthy diet. We are excited to begin the reopening of our restaurants these are different times and we look forward to welcoming you back when you are ready. We hope to see you soon. We have implemented the following precautions, controls and protocols: 1. Anyone with symptoms of infectious disease, such as fever, cough or headaches etc. cannot enter the restaurant.... 2. Groups of 6 or more people should be divided into smaller parties and seated separately. 3. We recommend that everyone entering the restaurant wash their hands or use hand sanitizer. 4. Orders will be taken within safe distance and only if everyone in the party is seated. 5. We’ll leave a tea pot each table for guests to pour their own. 6. Servers will leave food and drinks at the front of the table and we ask that guests distribute them after the server has stepped away. 7. Our menus and soy sauce bottles will be replaced regularly with thoroughly cleaned and sanitized ones. 8. Payment will be made at the table. Please remain seated and wait for our staff to attend. 9. If you want to take unfinished food with you, we’ll provide packaging and ask that you kindly pack the containers. The health and safety of our employees and guests is our number one priority. We must all cooperate until the end of this COVID-19 situation. Please be considerate of others and we apologize for any inconvenience. We are still recovering from a shortage of staff so in the event wait times are slightly longer, we apologize in advance. We're trying very hard to provide the best customer dining experience. Thank you very much for your support and consideration.
