This was big to me. Saw his name on the cast list early but we never had a day together until the last day of the season. Reginald Vel Johnson, aka Sergeant Al Powell from Die Hard. First thing I said to him was Reggie, I’m Matt and I’m a Die Hard psycho so if you don’t think we’re talking about that and getting a picture you’re out of your mind. And man, what a sweetheart of a man. I could listen to his Die Hard stories all day. So cool. ... Also he did a little show called Family Matters.
