One Pot Casserole 1lb hamburg 1 onion (or you can add onion flakes) 2 boxes KD (no name works great) 1 can tomato soup ... 1 can diced tomatoes The only thing I'm missing is cheese First I fry the Hamburg and onion, with a bit of garlic (powder or crushed), Italian seasoning, seasoning salt, and pepper. Once the beef is cooked add 2 boxes of KD (macaroni only) 3 1/2 cups of water and 1 can of diced tomatoes. Let cook on med-high until macaroni is tender (by then most of the moisture is also gone) then add the can of tomato soup and the 2 packs of cheese from the KD. You can now eat as is or if you have cheese you can put into a casserole dish or baking pan and add shredded cheese to the top and bake at 425 for about 15 min or until the cheese is melted and if you like a nice golden colour starting Remove from oven and let sit for about 5-10 min to allow to stop bubbling Serve This should be enough to feed a family of 4-8 people (depending on appetites) This goes great with some garlic toast - mix margarine with minced garlic and a bit of garlic powder and some parsley flakes if available. Butter several pieces of bread and put on a baking sheet or a pizza stone and bake in the oven till golden (usually broil on high for 3-5 min) See more

Recipe of the Day Creamy Rice 1 can of Cream of Mushroom or Chicken Use the same can for the following measures... 1 can milk (2% or 3% work best) 1 can plus a tbsp instant rice (Optional) frozen vegetable of choice Mix soup and milk well until almost boiling, reduce heat and add rice and vegetables Cook approximately 5-10 min until thickened and rice thoroughly cooked Personal review -I've been making this for years and love it as a side for chicken or pork, I found Campbell's soup to give the best flavour but have also used no name and added some pieces and stems mushrooms chopped into it for that little extra flavour

Again very sorry if you had plans of dropping items off :(
