To our valued clients, The evolving Corona-virus (COVID-19) has made it difficult to anticipate when our clinic will re-open. We have currently cancelled all ...appointments booked for May. Our process will be to keep all previously scheduled appointments for the following months and call the week before to cancel the appointments until we receive notice that we can return to work. As you can appreciate, we have had an unprecedented number of cancellations due to Covid19 and are not able to re-book and accommodate as we would hope. At this time we have taken down online booking until we are back in operation. Our reception will return one week before we officially open to work on booking critical appointments and getting settled. Once the clinic is open, we will be able to open online booking as well. Matt is available for your physiotherapy needs via virtual appointments and is happy to help over the phone or by email if that is easier. Our initial target date for re-open...ing was April 6th, which is not feasible at this time. We will remain closed until future notice. Our process will be to keep all previously scheduled appointments and we call and cancel as needed until we receive notice that we can re-open. For re-booking or booking new appointments, in the future, we are referring clients to our online booking system for Massage Therapy, Reflexology, and Reiki Treatments. Hello all, The Everything's Connected staff have been diligently keeping track of the ever-changing COVID-19 environment. As of late yesterday, our associations have recommended to close clinics to respect the social distancing protocol set forth by Public Health until at least April 3, 2020. Patient health and safety are always a priority so we will follow these recommendations and close the clinic as of March 17, 2020. Our plan is to call and cancel all patients that are cu...rrently scheduled until the date of April 3, 2020, re-evaluate on that day, and if deemed safe to open we will reschedule patients at that time.
