No one should have to struggle alone with the depth of pain that's experienced when a significant person dies. Our Grief Support Group Programs are a safe and ... comforting place to share your feelings and to learn strategies to cope with the multitude of emotions that grief can bring such as sadness, yearning, anger, guilt, regrets and loneliness. Each group is designed to be intimate and small (about 12 participants), and is led by two facilitators who understand the pain of loss and who have been trained to help others walk through 'the wilderness of grief'. Our Downtown Vancouver program is starting in two weeks and there is space for a few more participants. Registration is required which includes a 20-minute intake call. What if you are the flower that you will plant in 2019? What sustenance and nurturing will you give yourself? What possibility will you be for yourself and your life? For 2019, I will be open, focused, and joyful. I will give myself some uncluttered space, permission to make mistakes, fresh air, movement, and a dash of being vulnerable.
