One thing I have realized over the years is that the more time goes by, the less we are paying attention or caring about what really matters and what does matter more and more people just don't care. How can we possibly advance and EVOLVE properly when our children are not being taught what is truly concrete for them? You want proof of this? Pay attention to something as simple as what gets shared on social media. Something that should be discussed and shared and "liked" mult...iple times like a nutrition topic that can change the course of our existence hardly gets attention and something about the life of a celebrity floods the net. We have become completely disconnected with what truly matters and this will get worse with our children because they are being taught that this is ok. The reality here is that we now live in a society where fake is the new trend and this leads to idolizing fake love, fake success, fake happiness, bottom line, fake people and yet we turn away from conversations about real facts, real personal struggles, real world issues and real perseverance. We will never truly impact others until we get over this destructive desire and behavior for material things and subjects that shed no actual foundation to human intelligence and evolution.

When dealing with different health issues, it is important to know and understand that you must try to get to the root cause of the issue and not suppress the problem or temporarily fix the issue. Have you ever seen anyone get better with a chronic issue just by taking something to "help them" or just suppress the pain for example? Rather than take a temporary fix, why don't you get to the bottom line and address your underlying condition that is causing the issues. This matt...ers for all aspects of health which includes FAT loss! Notice I said fat loss and not weight loss. In this case, the cause is YOU, the underlying condition is YOU and you must change your focus of the way you live to better and healthier lifestyle choices. It is important to shift your energy and attention to fixing the cause by creating a healthy body via consistent healthy habits and you will see that your fat (the symptom) will no longer be a problem. Lastly, know that your excess fat will eventually cause you other health issues and put you at risk for severe illnesses so again, just take control and better the one and only place you have to live which is your body. Eat better, hydrate well, reduce stress, sleep better and exercise. Simple, just take better care of yourselves!

This is something I tell many of my clients frequently and it applies in all aspects of our lives. In order to get to your goals and objectives, you must break bad habits and start building on new, good and strong habits. What do successful people do? They apply successful habits consistently and these strong habits are the key to their success. Practice strong habits daily because practice isn't what you do once you are good, it is what you do that makes you good. Remember human nature, we are what we repeatedly do so success or excellence is not an act or a show, it is simply strong habits. Why do you get cravings? Simply put, cravings are literally your body speaking to you. Cravings are one of the best ways your body tries to tell you what type of fuel you are burning. Therefore, know that you will not crave sugars or carbs if you are burning fat fuel. It is not normal to crave sweets unless something in your body is out of balance. The biggest issue in today’s world is that most people are eating too many carbs and sweets and therefore these people are not bu...rning fat properly due to higher insulin and their bodies are forcing them to live only on sugar fuel. Insulin resistance is a huge problem in our society and this issues leads to illnesses and diseases. As you can also see with this pandemic, the majority of people who die or end up very ill with this virus or any virus for that matter are all insulin resistance related issues. I am a big fan of the movie but even more of his actual story. I love the statement because it is such an honorable thing to say and absolutely accurate. Back in the day, men and women followed courage and not titles. Leaders and kings were the first in line going into battle or facing life's obstacles or threats and didn't think twice as they knew they were elected to represent the people by honor and courage for the best interest of the people. Seems these days many leaders... forgot to lead by example with this mentality and prefer to just push pen on paper while they have others do their dirty work and they sit back doing the opposite of their own demands. Courage seems to be a trait of the past but one that must come back. This is important not only through our leaders but at home as well with our children. They need to not only learn the word but to actually understand this, they need to experience it through their parents. Let's all bring this back and make sure our children have this trait for their future because it is one that is critical for their existence.

If you are always hesitating to take that first step to your dreams because of fear of failing, you already failed period. How will you know if you don't try? It is also alright to fail it is often a huge part of the process but you pick yourself back up and go at it again. If this dream or objective is important for you, stop the procrastination and get going no matter the odds. Successful people did not get there by sitting down wondering if they would make it and miraculously woke up one day living their dreams. They worked hard and kept pushing back every time obstacles got in the way. If it is important to you, take this weekend to brain storm how you will proceed and Monday, attack full force and don't look back. Good luck to you and I wish you a great weekend and much success!

A powerful and true statement that I believe we can all relate to, especially with what we are living right now. If you want a powerful nation that functions optimally then the base of this is always the people who live in it but this cannot happen if the population is ill and costing healthcare billions of dollars. What future will we leave our children if we can't even teach them that the greatest and most important gift of all, is how to live healthy? To my knowledge, this is our biggest and most important responsibility. It is both necessary and crucial for the future and our evolution that we come back to our roots and teach our children to eat for their health and fast! You need to realize that you and only you have control over how you want to live your life. Will there be obstacles during the process? YES! The beauty of these obstacles is that you will learn and become wiser and it will make you stronger as well. I have seen people achieve unbelievable objectives from nothing and even when they didn't believe in themselves at first and this is in many facets of life. Start by understanding that you must take steps, be persistent, accountable and most of all, always continue to have the courage to move forward to your dreams. Stop procrastinating and start by designing your future today.

This statement is a true reality check. It really isn't complicated, the more you take better care of yourself, the stronger your chances are to stay healthy and obviously, the more junk you put in the body, the risks of getting sick are far higher. You need to realize that this is a solid fact and I can assure you that in today's healthcare system, you do not want to be sick and our best doctors are ourselves. Like I tell my clients, I would rather suffer in the gym than suf...fer in the hospital and eating healthy doesn't have to be a chore, make it part of your lifestyle and focus on ridding yourself of your sugar addictions. It is all about being healthy consistently not perfectly, this is the key. Taking care of your health is the greatest gift you can give yourself each and every day. Let me finish by asking you this, if you fear sickness, then why would you encourage it?

You want to stop feeling depressed and lethargic? Make some of these changes and watch yourself become happier and healthier. I sometimes hear people say: "I wanna eat what I want, drink what I want and do what I want cause we only live once." This image is literally my answer each time because it is the truth. No one is asking you to live each day doing things perfect because I don't believe in that. I believe that when you try to do things perfect you will not only fail, but look forever because perfect does not e...xist and furthermore, I also believe that trying to live "perfect" is also unhealthy. Having fun and enjoying some pleasure of life is part of doing things right. Living a healthy lifestyle means you are being careful consistently and being your best to be AT YOUR BEST every day with some pleasures in between. Don't you want to live each day of your life at the best condition and possible way you can be? Don't you want to be literally the best version of yourself you can be? Everyone should live in health and strength and age this way because you really do LIVE MANY DAYS BUT ONLY DIE ONCE.

I will be straight forward here today and say that for me, excuses are made for the weak. I literally have a sign in my office that says this and adds "only the strong survive and thrive." Excuses are like a disease because it is an easy way to just keep you where you are and never progress. How can you become a better person in life and EVOLVE if you never try to find solutions to become a better person? Don't you want to liver better, happier, stronger and healthier? Anyone can do this and I believe everyone has that right to live better so.....

The only person responsible for you, is YOU! Stop blaming others for your downfalls and stagnant results or situations because you are the one who procrastinates and stalls for solutions. You need to take yourself in control and get to work. Even if the wounds you are dealing with are not your fault, it is however YOUR responsibility to fight back and heal them. Remember that responsibility is accepting that you are the cause AND the solution of the matter. To my opinion, the only way you can make your destiny happen is when you realize your responsibility to shape it. We are all responsible to improve our own lives.

This may be the greatest challenge of humanity if you ask me. The love of power, greed and ego are the trinity to all that is evil and the destroyers of our race and we can see it in plain site all around us each and every day. So many people in power can do so many things differently and also give back but yet, it's all about who has the most all the time. What a horrible addiction. To my humble opinion, if you want to see the demands of justice come through worldwide, love must take place over power and the only way this can happen is by humanity applying the necessary changes and we must all love, help and support each other. This is the only way the human race can EVOLVE and see a better future for our children.

It is a major handicap because it will literally cripple you to your destruction and you will never do anything because of it. Fear is a serious dream killer that will clog your mind away from your dreams and goals unless you face them head on. Too many of you are not living your dreams because you are too busy living your fears. Get this straight tod...ay, fear is the path to the dark side and only leads to your suffering. Is this what you want? If not, then face your fears and start living your life and get yourself to where you want to be. Fear has 2 meanings: Forget Everything And Run or Face Everything And Rise. Everyone and anyone can live the life they dream of or at least, a much better life if they commit to working towards their goals. This is not a secret. A few words for each point. 1) How can you possibly live a positive life when the people around you are negative and energy draining? Remove them and replace them with positive and uplifting people. 2) You have a goal/dream? How can you achieve this by procrastinating? Turn the switch on and get to work cause nothing happen...s when you do....nothing! 3) Never think all of a sudden you are better than everyone else or you feel privileged because it will be the beginning to your end. Stay humble and give back. 4) You don't EVOLVE if you don't learn. Experience is a beautiful thing but it is important to apply what life teaches you and don't repeat the same mistakes. Let me make this clear, if you find yourself always stuck at the same place this is because YOU are choosing to keep making the same mistakes so don't blame anyone but yourself. 5) Always strive to learn new things. The day you believe you learned everything is the day you start to go backwards. 6) Use your experience and knowledge to make yourself better. Again, this is critical to your EVOLUTION. Applying these changes makes you better, wiser and stronger. Every single day be better then the day before.

For any form of illness or disease we always hear of trying to find a cure when in reality, your best cure is always living by prevention and the best part is that this is the easy part. The hard part is having to fight a life threatening disease that for the most part could have been most likely.....prevented. Each day your choices and only YOUR choices are the factors to how healthy you are so make sure you are consistently taking healthy and preventive decisions. It's really not complicated to understand yet many question this simple fact. You cannot solve a problem by being trapped in the same patterns of thought that created it and this applies to your health as well. If you fall ill or have health issues you must realize that what you are doing right now is what is causing your problems and a change in mindset and lifestyle is essential. You have fat to lose? Same thing, change your lifestyle and how you think otherwise you will al...ways be in this situation. YOU CAN'T GET BETTER IF YOU DON'T BETTER THE WAY YOU LIVE. This literally applies for world issues as well or any form of damage being created. As an individual person and as people collectively, we can't see changes if we continue to be in the same patterns that have brought us to these issues. The only way out is to change our thinking process and EVOLVE as individuals and in humanity. Start changing your thought process and watch your life and environment get better.

A few words on each point I put down: 1) Since when are other people's opinions your reality? Let's be honest, some people just lack class so let them live with their issues and you keep showing the world your true colors. You know your truth so what people say doesn't matter. 2) Since when do you have the responsibility to live up to other people's expectations? That's their mistake not yours so live by your own and keep striving for what you want and deserve and most of al...l, never apologize for being yourself. 3) Is your job destroying your mental health? Well guess what! You can leave and find another job. If one place does not appreciate you, then find another place that will. Your bills will be paid just the same. 4) One of the worst aspects of mental stress is being in a toxic relationship that you don't deserve so get out of it and stop being afraid of "being alone." I don't get this one at all because I'm sure you are not going to be alone regardless. Be with family and friends and you will eventually meet someone. Truthfully I would rather be alone than in a bad relationship. 5) Your happiness comes mainly from pleasing yourself so make sure that when you say yes to others you are not saying no to yourself. 6) Family or not, it is YOUR life you must live therefore do what YOU wish. 7 and 8) Social media....come on, let's get serious. Enough already with the poison and take it for what it is and stop living on it and stop being brainwashed by the content. See more

Being bitter and living this way is the result of holding on to past experiences. How well can this serve you living every day being bitter on past emotions and how good of a person can you really be? How effective do you live each day if being happy is impossible within yourself? I will tell you simply this. You can ONLY get better by....BEING BETTER! Bitterness is an attachment to the past, being better is an investment to your future. I would like to start by saying that I don't need a holiday to know what I am thankful for as I say thank you every day for all that is important to me and all that I have. I also suggest you all start taking the time every day to be thankful for all you have because it will not only change your mindset but also change your outlook on your life. We tend to always look at the other side of the fence or what we don't have but yet, we have so much to say thanks for. I am personally thankful for my health first and foremost, my children who are my world and have made me a better man, my girlfriend who is a bright light to my home and soul, I am thankful for my family, my friends, my amazing clients, my opportunities, etc... the list goes on. I could 100% confirm that I am definitely in this category. I realized many years ago that with age and maturity, I tend to speak less and do tons of observing instead. With time, I find my instincts and intuitions have gotten far better and stronger. The most amazing part of this is that I noticed I learn so much more not only about other people and characters, but about life as a whole and all that it involves. I strongly suggest you all do the same and I promise, you will see the world completely different and you will appreciate life far better.

Incredible image that displays so much of what you should change not only to live happier, but to my opinion, they are absolutely essential to change if you want to live HEALTHY! A few words for each habit: 1) Detox yourself from social media and I promise, it will be the best thing you ever do and you will find yourself realizing that you actually don't need it. Some people are obsessed and living their lives on it. Enough said! 2) Overthinking is a poison for your body end... of story. It is a waste of negative energy for your mind. Do less of this and watch your sleep flourish. 3) Why do some people feel they need to stay up as much as they can? Do you realize that sleep is critical for your health? Without proper sleep, there is no health. 4) Why do some people accept to be around negative people and energies? Is your goal to be miserable? If you want to be happy, toss aside what you don't need and you'll be happier. YES, IT REALLY IS THAT SIMPLE, I have done it multiple times. My life always got better each and every time. 5) Let go the past, it is behind you for a reason. The past serves to teach you and make you wiser but if you stay there, this means you never learn and you can't possibly EVOLVE! Let it go and move forward. 6) Eating unhealthy is the worst because it is literally YOU who choses to ingest either food or garbage. YOU and no one else is responsible for your health and the health of your children. Cancerous concoctions are the worst form of slow suicide you cause to yourself. Each time you eat, choose to nourish yourself instead of destroying yourself. Make these simple changes regularly and watch your life and your health and that of your families flourish.
