What would you give to be sitting on a beach. You can dig your fingers or feet into the sand. You can push the sand away to make yourself comfortable. Watching the waves gently reach for your feet and then fading away, you notice how the water becomes a shape changer of the sand. You can be mesmerized by the unpredictability of the movement - it's therapeutic! If you are not afraid of getting dirty or being wet, mud has the same therapeutic qualities. So many science, sensory, creative opportunities. The draw of mud is REAL!
