Campers will explore movement, music, art, and outdoor play. Cooperation and positive attitudes are emphasized by qualified and attentive counsellors. Fun, fri...endship, and great memories await! All are welcome, come out and have some summer fun! Leadership for Sport (ages 11-15) Campers will learn and practice a wide variety of leadership skills in a multi-sport context. Active group discussions allow campers to explore all aspects of leadership, and hands-on activities provide the opportunity to put their skills into practice. While the camp emphasizes leadership in a sport context, discussions and skills learned apply to all areas where leadership is important, and athletic skill is NOT a requirement. All are welcome! Beach & Outdoor Volleyball (ages 11-16) It's summer, and what can be better than a week in the sand and sun, playing one of the fastest growing sports around the world? We offer a reduced version of our Beach Camps for the balance of summer 2020. Our beach volleyball camps are divided to offer instruction to beginner through advanced anyone who wants to elevate their volleyball skills and challenge themselves against others. Strength, agility and conditioning training will be also introduced as part of the Mavs Fitness for Life model.
