Do you have a conflict that you need mediated? ... for the month of May and June 2021 I am providing only five pro bono (free) mediations, first come, first serve. Regular mediation rate per hour can average between $90 and 300.00; however, I operate on a sliding-fee-schedule based on affordability to provide equal access to services. ... The only condition is that the matter has not been addressed in Family Court, if the issue is related to a Family Law (child access, guardianship, parenting time, division of responsibilities and assets etc). If the matter is a civil matter, relating to business, or any other conflict, within my scope of practice- then we can proceed ahead.
