Planning even one thing daily that I want to accomplish, starts each day with purpose. ... Keeping a schedule and routine will help your mental state too, especially if you suddenly find yourself working from home, or not working at all at the moment.

Socializing in Isolation A great way to keep in touch with friends and family is through video conferencing. Have a Friday evening Happy Hour this evening - grab a beverage and have an online party!... Have your morning coffee with friends, while still staying at home and isolating. The free app that I use is called Zoom. Download it to your phone and/or computer. Sign up with your email and then just 'host a meeting', then share the link with people you'd like to join. Zoom can be downloaded in the app store, or go to www.zoom.us and sign up. You'll be able to see everyone at once, similar to being in the same room together. Give it a try and connect with several of your friends remotely this weekend - just don't go out! If you have any questions about how to use it, just shoot me a message.
