Fermented in concrete, bottled unfiltered. On the left is the Pinot Gris, which has an amazing weight and mouthfeel that is totally different from any PG I've tried before. On the right is a botrytis-affected Chenin Blanc that has zero residual sugar--unusual for a BA wine.... It's quite remarkable.
