Maxpower Strength & Conditioning 25.05.2021

Short video of legs and core workout from yesterday 45 seconds on 15 seconds off 3 rounds of each exercise, Exercise 1. Side lung with dumbbell = keep back straight and weight on heel.... 2. Dumbbell dead lifts = slight bend in knee keep dumbbell close to legs while going down back straight and tucked in. 3. Russian twists = lift legs off ground while sitting in a v shape activate core while back stays straight arms rotate across body with med ball. 4. Heel touches = activate core while reaching side to side to touch heels bring head and chin towards chest. 5. Kettlebell swings= KB between legs back straight slight bend in knee while bringing hips forward and back with momentum. 6. Single leg step up with knee drive= one leg on step up start with split lung bring knee all the way up and explode up with leg on step up. 7. Bicycle kicks = activate core bring chin and legs towards middle of body and touch opposite elbow and knee while peddling like your on a bike. 8. V sits= raise legs off the ground back straight activate core and sit like a v shape position and hold. 9. Mountain climbers = go into a push up position back straight drive knees into chest while activating core. 10. Kettlebell elbow tucks = lay flat on your back with legs 2 inch off the ground bring chin towards the chest starts with KB behind the head activate core and bring KB towards chest keep elbows tucked in to body. Here a full body workout circuit training from home with client. Edited for shorter video. Warm up Shoulder mobility= resistance band pull aways 12-15 reps x3... Hip mobility= hip thrusts 8-12 reps x3 Core= L sits max x3 Rotate exercises x3 to make it a circuit. (Ex. Pull away, hip thrusts, L sits. Do that 3 times for warm up. Workout Again circuit workout do each exercises 3x one at a time. then take 1 min break 1A Dumbbell deadlift 8x 2A Ab wheel x8 3A seated shoulder press x8 2A dumbbell front squats x8 2B kneeling resistance band pull downs x8 2C dumbbell holds( take heavy weight for grip) 15 seconds each side 3A half kneeling medicine ball twist x8 each side 3B dumbbell rows x8 each side 3C kettlebell swings x15 4A cool down and stretch
