In addition to following guidelines set out by Ottawa Public Health, we have implemented the following: - Enhanced cleaning protocols, including the frequent disinfecting of door handles and the reception area... - All steering wheels and keys will be sanitized upon drop off and prior to pick up - Payments will be accepted via phone or e-transfer. (Please do not send your payment information via email) - Vehicle drop offs and pickups available after hours. *** Key Drop on REAR Bay Door *** In order to further protect our customers and staff, the following services will be suspended until further notice: - Customer pick up and/or drop offs at their homes/workplaces - Customer waiting area. We kindly ask that you drop off your vehicle and come to pick it up only once it is ready We have your safety in mind and ask that you keep ours in mind as well. Please follow the recommendations of public health officials and do not come in to the shop if you are experiencing any symptoms or if you have travelled in the past 14 days.
