Morning!! Check out some early morning brisket prep here. MaxZim Maple Brisket rub, and a Ramblin Road chocolate stout is what we prep with at brewery events. For ourselves, we use MaxZim Maple Brisket rub and apple juice/Canadian whisky/Worchestershire injection. Today, I’m switching to a combo of bbq rubs we sell, and sticking with our regular injection. Shhhhhh.....don’t tell Julia! Let’s see if she notices....
