Should you cut down on caffeine? The answer really depends on who you are!!! Are you very active, because you may need it to improve your performance! Or are you having trouble sleeping and could perhaps benefit from reducing it! ... Do you have some digestive issues like constipation or diahrrea? Because depending on either, the answer is different! In itself, caffeine is not bad for us! In moderation of course! It can be refreshing on a hot summer day, heart warming on a cold winter morning, a way to connect with our friends, a tradition ... But if you choose to cut it out... all power to you!
