Had a great day at First Aid Training hosted by KCM First Aid Services. I am now certified in first aid, and have learned about CPR (adults and children), choking and the Heimlick Maneuver, how to treat emergency cuts, burns and broken bones, and many more things. And as a bonus - one of our models was dressed like me - the highest form of a compliment. Thanks for the information KCM - I am thankful to have this knowledge and appreciate the fun and informative class.

These 90% cotton masks have the bendable nose piece, the chin guard and the cotton draws the heat away from your face. As comfy as a mask could be. If you have to wear a mask, it might as well be a cool mask!
