I'm so excited about this week's menu ************************ Monday March 29th: Lebanese Spinach Pies (vegan) $10... A.k.a Fatayer Bi Sabanekh. These pastries are soft and have a sour zing to them. They are homemade dough stuffed with spinach, onion and other ingredients are a staple of Lebanese cuisine. They are absolutely delicious and can be frozen and reheated any time. 6 pieces per plate. ************************ Wednesday March 31st: Chicken Casserole $13 A traditional Lebanese dish of baked chicken and potatoes, which I learned from my grandma. Saucy, indulgent and delicious, this is a firm family favorite. ************************ Friday April 2nd: Stuffed Baby Eggplant $13 A.k.a Sheikh el Mahshi, is a dish made with eggplants stuffed with diced meat and pine nuts, cooked in a delicious tomato sauce, served with vermicelli rice.
