(iki) life and (gai) worth together form (ikigai) which best translates to a reason for being alive. has been used by coaches to help leaders combine their strengths, interests, and the causes they care about into meaningful projects, careers and lives. In this online workshop I help leaders who pr...ioritize developing world-changing ideas deriving from their values, strengths, interests, and the meaningful impact they want to have. We Use this powerful model with hands-on exercises, to discover how combining what you love with what you are good at can reveal your true calling, and making a meaningful impact on the world. In a world that increasingly glorifies being busy, our actions at work and in life seem to have lost their true purpose and have led us to experience increased levels of dissatisfaction. It is essential to break this cycle of action without meaning and reconnect with our true self: bringing focus and joy back to our lives.
