Need to install Adobe Reader, Java, Flash, go to https://ninite.com/ where you download an installer and extra things like toolbars and additional software have been removed. Best place for almost any download you might need. Check it out!

Watch out for this!!! They went further to get me to look at event viewer which shows errors because it wouldn't be Windows without at least having some and they could be resolved. It is just another way to get you to freak out and connect to them so they can take over your computer and charge you money for it.
