PLEASE COME BY IN PERSON AND FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. 12 pm and 4:30 pm Tuesday through Friday MBC Summerland Office 8333 McLachlan Street, Summerland BC QUAILIFICATIONS Applicants must be honest, hardworking, able to speak and understand English, prepared to work in all weather conditions, have reliable transportation and a valid Social Insurance Number. Most importantly, applicants should have a good attitude and be able to work well with others! This work can be physically demanding. Previous experience in production, farm or piece work (fruit picking, cherry sorting, thinning etc.) is an asset, but not necessary. On the job training is provided. SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, excluding holiday Mondays COMPENSATION: Piece-work wages are on an individual basis and are dependent on the drive and efficiency of the sorter. Historically, sorters earn wages between $16 and $24 per hour, with the PROJECT COMPLETION AND ATTENDANCE BONUSES INCLUDED. HEY ALL YOU MECHANICALLY INCLINED HOMESTEADERS. CHECK OUT THIS LITTLE BEAUTY. This is a perfect sized little garden tractor for a market garden, small orchard or a small homestead. Check out the photos, that styro foam planter is 24" long to give a size reference.... We would keep it here, but we are so busy growing trees for the tree planters that we don't have the time to get it running again. FULL DISCLOSURE: This tractor hasn't moved in 4 to 5 years.
