That I will provide and continue to provide tailored relaxation and therapeutic appointments to help you through accidents, injury, chronic conditions, muscle imbalance, stress reduction, depression, anxiety .... ... Should personal service businesses have placed on them additional restrictions or cannot work at all - I will be able to be there when you need a massage appointment I look forward to meeting new clients and working together with my existing clients - see you at your next appointment.

Effective Monday May 11th - Essentially Kneaded Massage Therapy will begin taking appointments once again for therapeutic massage therapy. Please use the call/text line to inquire and or to book your next appointment.

Effective March 16th, Essentially Kneaded Massage Therapy closed the doors temporarily to help flatten the curve. Effective April 1st - as per government orders, all massage therapy services will temporarily cease to flatten the curve. If you have an appointment scheduled between April 1st & April 14th inclusive, these appointments will be cancelled for you. ... Updates will continue to come as new information is brought forth. In the meantime, if you are having discomfort please send a message and we can schedule a facetime call. Stay busy, be healthy and most of all....keep your spirits up - we are all in this together.

TOWN OF LIGHTS 2019 - CHRISTMAS SPIRIT CHALLENGE ONANOLE VS ERICKSON and SHOAL LAKE VS BIRTLE Driving around I wondered....where is the Christmas Spirit...where are all the Christmas lights?... Christmas is one of my favourite times of the year so I want to propose a challenge... Between December 20-23 our judges will be driving around and taking photos of the houses within the communities listed above... If you are driving around and see a house that you think might be an excellent candidate, please post a picture with the address/location and we will be sure to drive by ... The winners will be selected and announced on December 25th! 1.) The town (combination of all 4) with the overall best Christmas lights/decorations wins $300 towards an organization / fundraiser in that community - - nominations are appreciated. Remember the more lights and decorations up in each town means the better chance your community will win- in this case less is more... one strand of lights, one tree...any decorations will be taken into consideration 2.)
