Meet Ryan Verhelst, our Senior Manager in charge of overseeing the work of our Environmental Consultants in British Columbia. Ryan has always been fascinated by Indoor Air Quality and Occupational Hygiene projects. This has piqued his interest in learning more about how to make meaningful contributions to the environment and how to participate in activities such as environmental awareness projects that lead to sustainable development. This month we want to introduce you to MBC Group’s Chief Scientist, Robin Abel. Dr. Abel has extensive experience in the scientific field, having previously worked in London developing radioactive medications to assist in chronic disease research, as well as accelerated detection of canines and identifying sensitivity targets for fire debris analysis. Outside of his time in the lab, Robin enjoys spending time with his three children and engaging them in learning by developi...ng science experiments using repurposed equipment at home to replicate the process.
