As the second wave continues to rage in Manitoba the impact to our health care staffing will continue to be strained and pushed to the limits. We understand hindsight is always 20/20 but what is infuriating for advocates and front-line workers is the fact that staffing issues have been a long-standing, systemic concern for years.
