This event for Canuck Place Children's Hospice nearly sold out, and Doubled fundraising goals! Thanks to some charitable contributions of amazing people in this community, we raised over $2,500 for the hospice! The Table Hockey Tournament organized and executed by the awesome Christina brought a fun, exciting element to the night. There were nearly $4,000 worth of raffle prizes from generous community donors and collected by the organizers, a 50/50, and a wine pull. Townhal...l is a an awesome venue to host a fundraiser! They put on a great buffet dinner and their team is excellent to work with. I had a blast as MC of this event! I often work with fundraisers on Music Bingo nights so if you have a fundraiser coming up, please don't hesitate to connect! Thanks again to Everyone who came out to support this event and open their hearts and wallets for a great cause!!! Not to mention the cash donations from MB players who couldn't be there. Hi friends! I want to tell you about this event coming up Saturday, July 7th. All of the proceeds benefit Canuck Place Children's Hospice! Have you heard of this hospice? If you haven't that a good thing, it means you haven't had or known a child with one of the 500 life threatening or fatal illnesses they specialize in. But if you are familiar you know what an incredible and important facility this is. You may not know that 55% of their funding comes from donations! So fo...r a $20 ticket which buys you a beautiful BUFFET dinner you can contribute to this great cause! Plenty of vegan items on the menu as well! There are over $3,500 in raffle prizes! Raffle tickets start at only $2!! This is Saturday July 7th at 6pm and again only 20 bucks!
