Important announcement from the BC Taekwondo Federation Following yesterday’s announcement from Dr. Bonnie Henry, we will be transitioning to Zoom classes starting tomorrow. An adjusted schedule along with the Zoom Meeting details have been sent to your email. Please reach out to [email protected] if you have not received the new schedule or Zoom details.

We hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Please note that tomorrow on Monday, October 12th, the Dojang will be closed. Any student looking to make up a missing class is encouraged to check the schedule and to attend on Tuesday at your corresponding time. We are thankful to be instructors to such awesome students. We’re also especially thankful to have remained open during such a difficult time, thank you for all your support!

Hi everyone, it’s been a little while. I wanted to show you an awesome student who joined our gym just a couple weeks ago. This is Loïc and he has natural ability and athleticism. In just his SECOND class, he was able to do jumping front snap kicks which is normally done well at the 3-6 month mark. Keep up the hard work!

Quick reminder that there is NO class today and we will be reopening on Tuesday. Enjoy the final day of your long weekend!

The root of joy is gratefulness. David Steindl-Rast A big big thank you goes out to my camp leaders. I may be the face of the camp, but you were the foundation that held everything together. From piggy-back rides, to comforting an upset child, the week ran smoothly and as a result, the week was pretty much stress-free. Thank you team!

Day 3 of summer camp = Day 2 of geocaching. We went back to Queen’s Park to finish the other 5 geocaches there. We managed to find 3/5, I think the other two were either misplaced or perhaps taken and not replaced. It’s been a fun week so far! @ Queen's Park, New Westminster
