McBrides Organic Farm

Don't forget to come to the Gravenhurst market Wednesday 9 til 2.. ! Yes, it's hot, but we can take it! So much amazing organic produce from the farm - lettuces, salad mix, broccoli!, carrots and beets, herbs, kale, and 3 kinds of peas! And while weeding my patch of the garden, I've been leaving the purslane to harvest - it's beautiful and so nutritious. I'll have a recipe for purslane quinoa salad at the market tomorrow - see you there... I'll be the one behind the mask!

It's garlic scape time! All harvested, and I'm bringing a big batch to the Gravenhurst market tomorrow (June 24). Also on the table this week - salad mix, spinach, head lettuces (romaine, buttercrunch, green leaf), baby carrots, radishes, snow peas! Hope to see you there - the market is now fully open with all the craft vendors as well as food producers now. Good news!
