Singer / songwriter / recording artist and four-time Juno Award winner Billy Newton-Davis has performed in venues across Europe and North America. He has sung with artists such as Celine Dion, and is perhaps best known for his extensive work with The Nylons. Billy also donates his talent towards numerous humanitarian causes including AIDS awareness, Actors Equity, and housing for people living with mental illness.... Charlie Reynolds is our Offertory Performer this Sunday! Born and raised in Toronto, she began singing at a young age and was the only child in her church’s adult choir. She is a recent graduate of Randolph College for the Performing Arts.... In addition to singing, Charlie is also much sought-after as a curve model. She is an advocate for the body positivity movement and is a voice for change in both the fashion industry and the theatre industry. She has performed with MCC Toronto’s music director, Jason Jestadt, in the past and is grateful for the opportunity to perform with Jason again and share her gifts with the church. On September 19, the City of Toronto announced new restrictions on private outdoor and indoor gathering limits to address the recent increase of COVID-19 cases. These new rules will not impact our Onsite Worship Service, as faith-based communities and public events are still permitted to gather within 30% of their indoor space capacity. We have yet to reach that number. We are aware circumstances continue to evolve and are diligent in keeping current with health and safety ...regulations.
