Great turnout over 350 delegates attended ARCQE #nationalchildday conference. Stories about our past, present and future possibilities filled the air. #fantasy...landhotel hosted our family of early childhood educators from around the world-literally #BrendaSoutar -a Maori writer and educator was one of our teachers from Aotearoa aka New Zealand who blessed us respectfully with her presence and shared her peoples’ learnings and experiences. #CateFriesen -the driving force of #TheStorySource regaled us with stories and taught us how to dig deeper into our own lives to enliven and empower our communication and teaching skills. Break-out sessions took place all morning and afternoon where early childhood professionals learned and shared the successes and challenges of this very important profession. Many thanks to ARCQE for being so instrumental in nurturing ELCC for the past 15 years. And thanks to all the organizers, staff, delegates, vendors, and presenters for a great learning event. See more
