Hi all and welcome back!! We are so excited that we can restart the MUMS masters program at Memorial pool. Our start date is set for Monday September 14th, and Jessica, Leena and Nikki are very excited to see you all. In this COVID context, things will look very different than in the past but we are doing our best to offer the same level of training as we have been able to deliver in previous years. We will be sending out a separate email that will outline all the new step...s that will be required for entry in to the pool and training specifics, but for now, let's get to registration! The schedule this semester has had to change a little. Despite the pool being shut down by close to 40% of its hours, we are still going to be able to offer you 6 workouts per week. The official schedule will be: M-W-F from 6h30-7h45 M-W-F from 18h15-19h15 We have set just one price at 145$+tax for the semester. That will be the price for anyone wanting to join the program. The process to register will be mostly unchanged: 1) Go to the McGill Athletics website 2) Go to memberships 3) Go to Online registration 4) Then under register now you will have two options a. For people who are members or students you will use McGill Community. b. Click register c. Fill in your credentials d. Select memberships e. Select sports clubs f. View programs g. Masters will be the only one there. i. For non-members you will select general community ii. You will login OR create a new profile iii. Then go through the same process as above. For non-members who want to come and swim at other times, you will need to purchase a membership. They are currently only be sold on a monthly basis and are 50% OFF. Once registered Nikki will send you a doodle that will ask for the practices you plan on attending. This will allow us to get ahead of any potential conflicts due to overcrowding, as we will be limited to 4 people per lane during workouts. We are so excited to get started again and can’t wait to greet you all at the pool.
